I’ve spent the past 20+ years navigating—and thriving in—every role within the software development lifecycle. From UX and product design to product management, frontend development, and QA, I’ve contributed both as an individual contributor and as a team leader. This gives me a rare perspective: I not only understand what each discipline needs to succeed, but how to connect them to create exceptional products.
Most recently, I’ve led cross-functional teams at InMoment and Tempo, where I built and scaled UX practices, aligned stakeholders around a unified vision, and drove transformation across complex B2B platforms. At InMoment, I led both the UX design team and a frontend development team building a custom component library using Angular and React. That work required deep understanding of modern responsive frameworks and gave me insight into the infrastructure needed to deliver polished, scalable experiences at speed.
What sets me apart is my ability to articulate vision. I’ve presented to boards, executives, partners, and customers, and spoken at industry events like Atlassian’s global conference and FullStory’s customer panel. Whether I’m describing a user journey or an AI-driven product future, I specialize in storytelling that connects deeply with audiences—bridging business goals and user needs. My storytelling not only inspires teams, but gives leaders the confidence to move boldly in the right direction.
As we enter the AI era, I believe we’re standing at a thrilling inflection point. AI won’t replace what we do—it will make us faster, more creative, and more aligned with user needs than ever before. For someone like me—an impatient dreamer with a product vision and a drive to make things better—AI is an accelerant. It helps me and my teams go from insight to impact faster, while staying grounded in empathy and human-centered design.
